Collective Impact Partnerships

At Pal Center, we believe in the power of collaboration. Through our Community Impact Partnerships, we work alongside other purpose-driven local organizations to enhance the lives of our community members. Together, we address critical needs, foster positive change, and create opportunities for growth and development. These partnerships allow us to leverage resources, share knowledge, and amplify our collective impact, ensuring a stronger, healthier community for all.

Through Community Impact Partnerships, we collaborate with local organizations to create positive change and strengthen our community

Whole Health for Youth

Whole Health for Youth (WHY) Collaborative is a vibrant network of local organizations that aims to improve the mental health and wellness of BIPOC youth and their families through coordinated prevention and early intervention services in North Fair Oaks and Redwood City.

Community Power Path Initiative

The Community Power Path initiative is designed to build a collaborative infrastructure and plan that unites organizations affiliated with law enforcement to advance community safety and expand direct youth services. This initiative will integrate best practices from the PACE program & framework developed at the Pal Center, along with lessons learned from our work with the city of Redwood City, to establish a collective approach focused on prevention, intervention, and opportunity creation for system-impacted youth in North Fair Oaks and Redwood City.

Community Collaborative for Children Success

Using a place-based, trauma-informed approach, the CCCS team works with youth and families to identify barriers to success and address long-standing sources of risk. Through creative community-building activities and data collection methods, community members share perspectives and solutions, identifying priority interventions to support youth success and creating neighborhood plans in SMC.
